Faith, Terri and Crystal were the most polite and helpful front desk employees I have seen in a long time. They all deserve raises. Now for the hotel room which was a 1 score. Dirty, dusty, sheets not clean, roaches, floors filthy. The whole place needs to be renovated or shut down and deep clean rooms. The location of hotel was good with nice shopping around it. The owners of this place really need to do better. Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to stay here because it is not a clean establishment and somebody’s lying on these scores.

Stay away. This place is disgusting there are ROACHES everywhere and the staff doesn’t care and will not do anything about it. I couldn’t stay in this place the roaches were unbelievable. It was a living nightmare the little time I was there. Couldn’t stay the night. Wouldn’t suggest anyone but animals stay here.

Our travel agent booked a suite for myself, my baby and teen son - and requested that the suite has a crib and the living room has a rollaway bed ready for my son when we check in - the room had been PREPAID - because our flight was arriving late - and we wanted to ensure that the room will be held and waiting for us. Instead of having the room ready when we arrived around 9 PM we were told we had NO room, that the rooms are not made up, a lot of different excuses for not being accommodated. In reality the hotel overbooked as a couple of other people were told that there were no more rooms left ?!?! The front desk staff (especially Camilla) was shockingly rude, and made no effort to help us find a room at any other hotel, told us to call Expedia to do it - disgusting attitude !! She treated the travel agent in the same rude manner - when the agent reminded her that we were traveling with a baby that is why she prepaid the room ! At 10 PM, after a flight, with a baby we had to look for another hotel !!! One does not put a dog out onto the streets at 10 PM !! but a mother with an infant that just arrived in Atlanta! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL if you want a room awaiting you on arrival !! And definitely DO NOT BOOK this hotel if you are traveling with kids as you may find yourself also looking for a room at 10 PM !! The worst experience ever !! I have never been treated like this by any hotel !! Did not even get an apology by the rude front desk staff !

So, it looks great from the outside. Very excited to stay. The room was nice from initial view, however it didn't take long to see the flaws. No dishes or cooking utensils in the kitchen. You can go to the front desk and ask for them, but when asked, I was told, come back the next day, they don't have any available. No problem. Brought my dog, noticed the dog kept trying to get under the bed. Under the bed was disgusting, trash, garbage, etc where it had not been cleaned in months. The carpet was clearly dirty, and the stains on mt socks were so bad I had to opt to wear shoes jnt rh room. The kicker was when getting ready for bed, a family of roaches ran on the kitchen counter. Went to front desk, was told they had no other rooms, but could wait 9 hours until a manager came or could give me a bottle of raid. Not to mention, the lady was pretty snippy as well. Just chucked the trip as a loss and checked out. I wish the customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel was better, so much potential but very nasty for ESA, especially being a regular ESA guest. Very disappointed.

Arrived at the hotel at night to check in. Promptly told that hotel was overbooked and full despite having a confirmed reservation booked DIRECTLY form extended stay's official website. Hotel staff told us to move to another hotel for the night at our own expense and come back the next day to see if there were rooms available. We moved to the nearby extended stay at Clairmont, checked in for the night, and paid for the stay. Came back the next day and thankfully, we could check in. However, we were told that we still had to pay the Northlake branch the fee for the night they were overbooked. This is despite us coming on the correct day to check in and being told to go to another hotel. Hotel staff says that despite booking from the official website, they are unable to change the booking to not charge us the night we were turned away. They are unable to change the booking as the official website gave us a discount on the booking. In summary: Turned away on the night we arrived as it was overbooked and had to stay at another hotel at our expense. Still had to pay the fee for the first night despite us being at the hotel. Do NOT book from extended stay. Hotel staff tries to help but they are unable. It is not the branch's fault but extended stay's own site. Extended Stay's Promotions on their official site is a scam. Do not use it to book
